sometimes i look for words already written about the way i feel.
i almost always find them.
its not hard to hover until your heart screams.
but then theres times when i cant see anything beyond the walls.
and its like i’m just throwing lines over, trying to catch something worth reeling in.
but when i’m too weak to cast, how am i supposed to know where to hover?
i just want to see sense of myself in a sentence.
my way with words flows through out all the versions of me as if there was only one.
you want the me that hurts? dig through the few that don’t.
you might find her…at the worst time of day, if you know what song to play.
notes hit nerves.
and nerves hit walls…
pitch a net.
and turn it up.
