10 years ago, i met a boy. i had known his name before i knew his face. he was transferring to my little school from the big school, and he was all the talk of both schools. At that point in my life, i was pretty much….not at all interested about anything that happened outside the world i ruled. (ya, some things never change) so hearing this name, over and over, didn’t really phase me. I settled for assuming he’d be just another asshole…
i remember everything about the first second i saw Nick LaGrotta. He had just jumped out of his truck like he was jumping out of a chair lift, ready to take over the school like he was known to take over a mountain. I remember thinking, “this fool. pshhh” Little did i know- this name that didn’t phase me, belonged to a face that was about to change me.how many times in real life do you meet someone thats beautiful? and how often does that feeling go mutual?
i cant say it was instantaneous, but i can say that whatever happened, whenever it happened, felt like it had been happening forever.
